'Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. Blessed are you who are hungry now, for you will be filled. Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh'. Luke 6:20-21
We invite you to learn more about the needs of Haiti's children and to help us to make a difference. Any way you can.
Next year will be our 30th Annual Pat Pezzelli Memorial Golf Tournament at the beautiful Kirkbrae Country Club! Mark your calendars to join us on this special day for September 24, 2024. Stay tuned for more information.
Helping our children today will change their future and that of their entire family. Providence Haiti Outreach has been able to make a huge impact
despite our small size. Run by volunteers with no office or overhead, donations go straight to our kids and school. No red tape.
We appreciate any donation of any size. There are many ways to give. Our new Sponsorship Program will put you in touch with our school on a personal level with special updates and coorespondence from the students. It's a great way to feel involved with our good work.
In the United States, our poor children have access to support and programs such as Head Start and Food Stamps. In fact, we have more than 70 programs to assist our poor. We have a free public school system that gives nutriuous meals to kids in need. It has been hard to watch children struggle during the pandemic when our schools were closed.
Haiti's children experience this struggle every day of every year. They have no free public school and no government programs to provide them with food and shelter. Providence Haiti Outreach which provides free schooling and meals makes a real impact in the lives of our students and their families.
Tuesday, November 28, is Giving Tuesday - a day dedicated to unleashing the power of generosity. Providence Haiti Outreach has been blessed with generous friends and donors over the past 30 years.
However, both the incredible growth of our school combined with current challenges of Haiti has made it nearly impossible for us to meet the needs of our children.
Please consider donating on Giving Tuesday, or any day. Any amount will go immediately to St. Dominique School. Read about our challenges here.
